Ankle rotations – both ways, knees, hips, core, shoulder shrugs, shoulder rotations.
Jogging on the spot, knee lifts, arm movements.

Warm up – Brisk Walk – with arms!
Agility exercises while walking – reaching up, left, right, both. Reaching down to your feet. Jumping!
